Otaku Noir is a quarterly mystery box that provides “readables” aka. books (comics, manga, graphic novels, and more), apparel, posters & collectibles to fans of diversity. All items are created by artists, writers, and other creators of color.

It is an amazingly easy process! Select the plan that is right for you, choose your preferred shirt & sock size and complete your purchase. You will not be billed or automatically charged for more boxes than what you initially purchase. If you want to get two or more boxes, you can pre-order the desired amount and be billed for only that allotment of boxes.

We’ll send you a brand-new box full of content created by talented Blerds from around the world!

February 27, May 27, August 27, November 27 are the cut off dates to purchase a box.

For example, if you order after February 27th, then you will not receive the March box. You will receive the June box.

Shipments are scheduled to go out no earlier than the following dates:

  • March 12th – 19th 
  • June 12th – 19th
  • September 12th – 19th
  • December – 12th – 19th

The time between cut off date and ship date allows us to properly fulfill each customers order with the uniquely curated content.

Otaku Noir ships to fans worldwide.

Yes! We do not auto-renew our customers. Purchase one box (Quarterly Plan) or pre-purchase several in advance. You will never be charged for more boxes than your initial order. 

The dimensions of each Otaku Noir Collection box may vary, but typically the box is 11.25” x 9” x 3” with a weight of 3lbs – 6lbs. All weights and dimensions are approximate numbers and are not exact.

If something in your box was damaged during shipping, or if something is missing from your box please email us (Info@OtakuNoir.com) and we’ll be happy to help resolve the matter.
Contact us within 3 business days of your order being delivered. In your email, provide your order number, photos of damaged items, and a description of the problem.

You are charged / billed immediately upon completion of your order. For multiple box orders, they are paid for in advance.

 

 

Once the quarter ends, so does your fun. If you would like to continue receiving boxes, you will need to place a new order.

You should receive an order confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing your order. If you have not received it by then, please check in your email’s junk or spam folder. To ensure that you receive all future updates, please add Sales@OtakuNoir.com and Info@OtakuNoir.com to your email provider’s whitelist.

To change your order, please contact us immediately at Info@OtakuNoir.com. If your payment is prior to the cutoff date, we can cancel/refund the order, or we can make the appropriate changes (shipping address, apparel size) to your current order. 

Once the cutoff date has passed, a refund is not possible. However, we can suspend the order and get a future box instead. For example, you order in February, but want to receive the June box instead of the March box.

You will be sent an email containing a tracking number once it has left our facility. 

Please keep in mind that it may take up to 7 business days for packages to be delivered to domestic customers and up to 4 weeks for international orders to clear customs.
