About Us

We have travelled the world attending conventions and pop culture events. During the height of the Covid pandemic, we were not able to interact with Black creators at these events so we created Otaku Noir Collection.

Otaku Noir Collection is our way of still being connected to the creative Black community while bringing the Comic Convention experience to your home; With themed mystery boxes packed with apparel, art, books, collectibles that are all made by BIPOC creators.

We expanded the brand to include cosplay calendars (“My Cosplay Is Black“) to spotlight creative individuals within the our community.

Otaku Noir looks to become the premier mystery box company for the Blerd community.

We hope that each box/experience is enjoyable for you as it is for us to curate and assemble.
